                    In addition to English 9, 10, American Literature, and British and World

                    Literature, the department offers Honors level English in grades 9 and

                   10, English Language AP, English Literature AP, Journalism, Creative             

                   Writing, Film Study, SAT Preparation, Integrated English 10/Global II,   

                    Integrated English 10H/World History AP, Integrated American Litera-

                    ture/US History, English Language AP/US History AP, Readings in

                   World Literature 9 and 10, Remedial Reading 9 and 10, English as a

                   Second Language 1, 2, and 3, English as a Second Language Workshop

                   and English as a Second Language History and Science.  Extra curricular

                   activities include Sider Press, the Book Club, and the Literary Magazine.

 

                   The English Resource Center is open before, during, and after school.  It

                   is staffed during these times and is available to students for extra help and

                   enrichment.
